The ICFSB 2015: XIII International Conference on Food Science and Biotechnology aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results about all aspects of Food Science and Biotechnology. It also provides the premier interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary forum for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns, practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted in the field of Food Science and Biotechnology.
Call for Submissions
We encourage you to contribute to and help shape the conference through paper submissions. For the technical research track, we invite high quality submissions of papers describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical work in all areas of Food Science and Biotechnology. The conference solicits contributions of full-length papers, short papers, posters and abstracts, that address the themes and topics for the conference, including figures, tables and references of novel research material. Please review the submission and formatting instructions carefully. Submissions that do not comply with the instructions and size limits will be rejected.
